Abduction Memories: Part One, The Electrical Device

One night, a couple of weeks after the black cylinder experience, I began to feel a little on edge. I began feeling extremely tired and so I went straight to bed. This occurred around 9pm, the rest of the family were downstairs. I got straight into bed and closed my eyes. Immediately an extremely vivid vision filled my head.

Though I was very much aware that I was still in my room, I saw a different place, a dark room. The air hazy as though it was filled with a pink like or violet glowing mist.¹ It was too dark and hazy to make out the actual size of the room but the fact that I couldn't see any walls suggests to me that I was in a large room. My eye height was about 2-3 feet off the floor. In front of me was a metallic table. There was a person on the table but I could only see their feet. I assume it was a man as the feet were broad.

Above his head was an arm like device with a white sphere on the end. It was made of hexagonal faces and the whole sphere glowed. Blue electricity was being fired down at where the head of the man would be. I watched this for a moment and then my vision was cut off by a white blur which moved past my field of view. The speed of it snapped me out of the vision and I was back in my room.² I was awake for a while afterwards, I kept thinking about what I had just witnessed.

Notes

(Speculations regarding the information I receive in these experiences)

1. I believe this is how they light the interior of their craft. Rather than use physical light bulbs they use a sort of glowing haze. Its quite dim, only just bright enough to get about their business.  

2. Was this a memory of some kind or could it have been some kind of visual intercept? The vision seemed to have been forced into my head. I don't have enough information to make a definite answer.
